healthy diet plan of A day

Assalam-o-alaiakum you all, I hope you are all doing well! Now I am going to explain you my healthy diet plan i loss 5 kg in a month so its really working and so affective diet plan.

And here is my breakfast, in which I take three eggs. Eggs contain protein, which is extremely healthy to our body and muscles, and therefore we are healthy individuals. We become very energetic in the morning when we eat eggs as breakfast, as it is rich in protein. I also consume some vegetable leaves such as spinach and brown bread along with the Cucumber and eggs, and it is good to add as a balance diet. That's all about my breakfast.

Let's talk about lunch. During lunch, I consume fruits mainly and my favorite fruit is kiwi. I get along quite well with Kiwi and it has numerous health advantages. In addition to that, I consume one banana, mango and oranges.

I really love these fruits and I believe they are very important to our life and particularly in the balancing of our diet as these fruits contain vitamins.

They also taste very well and hence I really like my fruit tray. Every time I eat fruits, I adorn the plate since I carry my favorite fruits. That is the way I put fruits on a platter.

At evening I consume a fruit chart where I add bananas and pomegranate - the mixture and the taste of them is really mouth-watering.

I love this fruit chart! I also use black pepper on my fruit chart, and it has a very good taste.

During dinner time, I have a piece of chicken leg and this gives me a very healthy feel as well as being tasty. I am very satisfied with having a bit of leg. It satisfies my body requirements and supplements my body with protein and leaves me content with a healthy and balanced diet.
