De Jong and Ferran see Ter Stegen as captain!

Frenkie made a clear statement: "For me, Marc is the captain."

The 'shark' stated that "just because of his experience and the years he's been here, I think he'll be captain."

One of the FC Barcelona players who spoke to the media after Barça's 3-7 friendly win in Seoul was Frenkie de Jong. When asked about Marc ter Stegen's captaincy, the Dutchman was clear and emphatic: "For me, Marc is the team captain, just as he was last season. Marc is a world-class player and has always given his all to the club, so I support Marc a lot, and from what I know, the team as well."

Asked how the German reacted to the signing of Joan García, Frenkie said, "I don't know, you'd have to ask him," although he did add that the new goalkeeper "has a lot of quality."
