Cycling: A vehicle that promises a healthy lifestyle.

Hey everybody!
I hope you are all doing well.

I always wonder which exercises are healthy and enjoyable at the same time promising a new flow of energy and life within us. Sometimes I think it is swimming and sometime I prefer jogging over swimming and at times I go for any physical sport exercise that lasts for an hour or two and guarantees health and fun at the same time but do you know what at the end of the day the healthiest and most enjoyable exercise that I think is cycling.

A sport cum exercise that keeps you energetic and provides a flow of livelihood in your body with every foot crossed. Cycling is an exercise that people of all ages can afford. A child can go to school on a small, lovely and decorated bicycle, adults can go to work on a bicycle that keeps them physically active and fit and helps their minds remain sharp and present throughout the day.

Elderly people, in the evening can have cycle rides with their friends ensuring a long distance from diseases like depression and heart strokes.

Unlike other exercises cycling does not require any difficult skills but it is really easy to learn and enjoy exercise which leaves great impacts on our body and lifestyle. Our entire body gets a fine blood flow and our mental health strengthens resulting in completing all the tasks we are supposed to accomplish.

Cycling is fun when a group of friends ride together without destination and they just keep going in order to have pleasure of the path. I love cycling after a fresh shower of rain that makes the atmosphere more colorful. In such weather, cycling becomes synonym of peace, with slow pace and music in the ear I feel myself content and complete.
