Today I am presenting a nutritious fruit with you which I actually know and is very familiar to me but to know the name of this fruit I searched on google and the name I found is Pomegranate fruit. If you see the picture of this fruit you will all recognize it and it is a delicious fruit. I saw it hanging in the tree in its raw state and I like it a lot.

I ate this fruit in large quantities when it was ripe as a child and when I understood it, I learned a lot and at that time when I had a fever, my father would buy this fruit from the market for me to eat and I ate this fruit many times. Inside this fruit, I saw small red seeds and when ripe, most of the seeds are red. This is a fruit that everyone, young and old, likes to eat with fun. According to my knowledge, this fruit contains various types of energy-giving ingredients which are very beneficial for the body.
