Sleepy Morning, IAAC - Day 855

Today is day 855 of participation,

It's the third day of school after the holidays, and the effects are evident in the morning. Gurseerat wanted more sleep and was 15 minutes late compared to her usual routine. I'm concerned that this might become a habit. She is growing and starting to understand the value of time, so I hope she will be more punctual. Learning time management is an important lesson for all of us.

School is going well, and the students will soon have their quarterly exams. I’m confident that she will perform admirably. She does make some mistakes, mostly due to rushing. I always advise her to double-check her answers to ensure accuracy. But kids will be kids—they rule their own kingdom and do what they enjoy, haha!

छुट्टियों के बाद स्कूल का तीसरा दिन है, और इसका असर सुबह साफ़ दिखाई दे रहा है। गुरसीरत को ज़्यादा नींद चाहिए थी और वह अपनी सामान्य दिनचर्या से 15 मिनट देर से आई। मुझे चिंता है कि कहीं यह आदत न बन जाए। वह बड़ी हो रही है और समय की कीमत समझने लगी है, इसलिए मुझे उम्मीद है कि वह और भी समय की पाबंद होगी। समय प्रबंधन सीखना हम सभी के लिए एक ज़रूरी सबक है।

स्कूल अच्छा चल रहा है, और बच्चों की जल्द ही तिमाही परीक्षाएँ होंगी। मुझे पूरा विश्वास है कि वह अच्छा प्रदर्शन करेगी। वह कुछ गलतियाँ ज़रूर करती है, ज़्यादातर जल्दबाज़ी की वजह से। मैं उसे हमेशा सलाह देती हूँ कि वह अपने उत्तरों की सटीकता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए उन्हें दोबारा जाँच ले। लेकिन बच्चे तो बच्चे ही होते हैं—वे अपनी हुकूमत चलाते हैं और वही करते हैं जो उन्हें पसंद है, हाहा!
