dCity - Everything about CITIZENS in dCITY you need to KNOW...

Lets first start with the basics around - what is dCity all about. In precise #dCity is a mathematical and trading game based on NFT [non-fungible tokens] available on Hive-Engine. As a player you have an option to build your city as you want with a variety of NFT cards that represents buildings, citizens [we will talk more about it in this post], technologies that ultimately helps you to earn income in the form of $HIVE and $SIM token which is the in game currency token of the game. Players can also get many cards by playing the game like participating in auctions, being in top400 to receive a Young Citizen or a Student and being active in the game.

Examples of CITIZENS in dCity...

Here is an examples to some of the CITIZENS that we have in the game and there are many too; like doctors, politician, lawyers, clown, teachers, hackers, trader, investor, priest, architect, engineer, criminals, cops and many mores; when you explore yourself you are definitely going to like it to have these CITIZENS in your dCity to work for you. Lets now talk about the dCity citizens in detail::

Immigrants, Homeless & Young Citizens

If you still have Immigrants and Homeless in your dCity then they are trained into Workers (80% chance), Artists (10% chance) and Scientists (10% chance) and for training to work you require both these cards Immigrants and Homeless along with the popularity of your city to be grater than 10. Now there are less Immigrants and Homeless being printed in the game instead most of the time Young Citizens are getting trained.

Young Citizen and Student - Delegate Hive Power to get Young CITIZEN

You can claim one Young Citizen for FREE if you are city stands in top400 players in the game. Check here to know more about in detail about claiming a Young Citizen if you are eligible and amongst the top400 players. At the same time if you delegate Hive Power aka HP to @dcityrewards account then for every 1K HP delegated, the user will receive a Young Citizen card every day. For every 1K HP delegated, the user will receive a Young Citizen card every day and incase you are lucky you also have a chance of receiving an Influencer NFT as well.

An additional, complementary point in HP delegation to the dCity account is a daily raffle between delegators, the prize of which is an Influencer card. The raffle is held along with the distribution of delegation rewards and is based on two rules:

Each 200 Hive Power delegated is one ticket for the user and a minimum of 5 tickets total in the pool is needed for the raffle to begin.

Students & Paying Students debt

Each day the Students in your #dcity may be trained into Students (debt). The chances for training is based on time (older Student's card means a higher chance for training) and amount of University Campuses in city (increasing probability for training). Therefore the high number of University Campuses you have in your #dcity the higher is the chances to Student converting into Students debt NFT cards. You need to pay #sim to pay off student debt to mint any of these cards which are ::

• Scientists
• Workers
• Hard Workers
• Homeless
• Policemen
• Soldiers
• Eco Activists
• Economists
• Hacker
• Professors and Lawyers

You need to pay 130 $SIM for each Student(debt) card you HODL to mint above mentioned citizens and the results is random. Receiving a Hacker in your #dcity has a 0.5% chance its very rare.

Politician & Clown Citizens

These are rare citizens in the citizen and based on the president options Politician & Clown Citizen enter a dcity randomly. Currently the president has set the option to 1 Politician and 3 Clowns to be minted in a day. So I guess you now get it - how rare these citizens are. I was a bit luck to receive a Politician recently in my city and in all I just have 3 politicians in my #dcity.

How to mint Hacker?

The best way to mint a Hacker is to pay off Student(debt). The point to note here is that even if you pay off Student(debt) by paying 130 SIM. Its not guarantee that you would be able to mint a Hacker. The chances of minting Hacker is very rare i.e. only 0.5%. I had been looking to mint Hacker for my dCity and after having paying debt of close to 100+ Student(debt), I was able to mint only 2 Hackers; so you know how rare is the Hacker citizen to have in you #dcity.

I guess, I will stop here for now and this post has covered most of the citizens that you can have in our #dcity.
