Compounding my daily rewards for SPS & Plan ahead...

Slowly and gradually, I have been staking all my $SPS rewards. May it be staking rewards or HOLDing the in game assets all the $SPS received is being staked back in the staking pool to receive an APR of greater than 20% at the moment; which is not that bad at all considering $SPS being the governance token of No.1 Blockchain game Splinterlands. For some reason, I forgot to claim my daily SPS rewards and it kept on accumulating and finally Yesterday I claimed all the rewards to stake $SPS back in the staking pool.

I am getting a good amount of $SPS for holding the in game assets like land and nightmare packs. And frankly speaking at the moment, I am swapping VOUCHERs for $SPS - some I stake and other SPS is being added to the LP; liquidity pool specially for DEC - SPS which has an APR of above 30%. I am also invested in the BNB - SPS lp and happy with the rewards being paid out in the for of SPS. Here is my current stake overall for $SPS - which is like 238K+ staked $SPS and compounding daily.

I know it hurts to see $SPS trading at its all time low price but as investors we don't have any option. Either we short sell or exit our position OR if you believe in the project, which I do then the best option is to HODL and BUILD further your $SPS portfolio. Look for opportunities of bulk buying $SPS if you can afford to do so. I have this GOAL for myself to be able to get to a point of having 500K+ $SPS staked and for that reason here is what I am planning to do so in near future..

  • Vouchers to $SPS; as staked I am already swapping my VOUCHER rewards for $SPS
  • Rental income $DEC for $SPS; Yes off lately I have also been redirecting all my rental income for $SPS and will continue to do so until I hit the 300K+ $SPS mark and then reevaluate my strategy for $SPS
  • Selling extra cards for $SPS. I have many cards which I do not used very often and hence will be selling them for $SPS; these cards mainly are the promo cards and are associated to the Dragon category.
  • And finally, the plan is to buy bulk $SPS as well. Just waiting on to book profits from my investment into the @maya_protocol fair launch.

The question now remains, will we see $SPS bouncing back or NOT? There has been a lot of proposal in place and the recent one being around ending the SPS Governance Proposal - End SPS Airdrop Claims & Send Unclaimed SPS to DAO. Also the discussions around SPS staking will replace Collection power is going to bring some momentum back in the price of $SPS.. I am hopeful that these changes along with others are definitely going to help bring back the price of SPS where it is supposed to be. For now, I would be focusing on to BUILD my $SPS portfolio and there is no chance of selling $SPS --- just HODL on to your $SPS...the right time will definitely come until then just HOLD $SPS... cheers

I think SPS will still fall by 70%

hi dear @russia-btc, if #SPS further falls by 70% then this going to be catastrophic for the entire Splinterlands game. Hopefully we do not see this much of a falling for #SPS...cheers

Yes if that happens then its a best opportunity that one could have dreamt to have $SPS.. If at all this happens, I am going to buy atleast $1k+ worth of $SPS..cheers

I decided to convert all my SPS to Riftwatcher packs when the SPS air drop finished and the team announced that they would start giving SPS as battle rewards.

That was when SPS was around $0.08. I had 3k SPS and managed to buy 50 riftwatcher packs. Today, 3k SPS is around $66 but 50 Riftwatcher packs is $225.

I bought SPS when the price was around 1$ during the initial days. I bought around 2000 SPS back then by spending 2000$. It was one of the best days for Splintetlands.

I'm hoping to see the price bouncing back to at least 50 cents. There will be heavy cashing out if that happens but maybe more burning can make the value increase a little bit.
