A Big Crush From A Distance// LOH Contest #283.
Happy Easter my beloved Ladies in the house, it's on this day that He rose which serves as a reminder to us all what Jesus death means to us, I wish you all a fabulous celebration and as we celebrate let's all be reminder of Christ suffering, death and resurrection, in respect to that I would be participating on the second contest topic which says "Hobby crush" yeah yeah let's reveal that hobby we so much crush on.
Just of recent I got an opportunity to discuss with someone and the discussion narrowed into what we love you recently, so the person told me that she just find herself reading books lately, engaging in all these online courses and class after which she receives certificate for it, I was just there gazing at her wondering howfar one would be if he or she enriches themselves with quality books that builds not just vocabulary but the mind and learning everyday from the internet which is more like equipping oneself in such cases.
After listening to all these all what could come out from my mouth was that "I am proud of you" and I would love to be like you one day, I obviously can't engage in reading books outside my academics like books that are not in my field, I definitely don't have the luxury of time to do that even if I want to, I barely have time for myself talk more of wanting to study extra books or going through courses online, plus I can relate on why the person have time to engage in all this, it definitely because she's done with school even though she hasn't done her masters but atleast she has finished this step university degree and since she's still trying her hands on many things it gives her the opportunity to engage in all these.
That one hubby I wish I could do for fun or that one hobby I have been dearly crushing on is reading and not just reading but educative ones, the one that fetches me certificate after reading, the ones that equip me, makes me grow and so on. Why I can't adapt it is timing which I don't have enough of it now, it consumes time and time and time even though it produces results, the kind of free time I usually have is one that doesn't give enough time to breathe so I can't squeeze that into it but eventually as time goes on I definitely would incubate this one hobby into my daily living but as for now I would just be crushing on it from a long distance 😁.
Am sure you might even want to say that I can engage in this hobby during the holidays but my kind of holidays is one where I hustle really hard so as to gather money to resume back to school and those kind of hustle is not just one hustle but like two, so you see that this season of my life doesn't just adapt well with hobby. Happy Easter to you also. Honestly, have tried it once to read online books to educate myself more but I find it difficult, the only book I can read is the book that's related to the course I'm studying in university, and sometimes I find it hard to read not to takj of reading another book that's not related to my course. But I will keep giving it a try to improve myself more because it can actually help me in future.

I get how difficult that can be, even I didn't have the luxury of time to read other books during school. But I'm sure if it's something you'd really enjoy doing, you can find ways to listen to books being read while you do other works when you're not studying.

You had quite an experience here. I could relate to the fact that you had two jobs while in school, because I did the same thing as well, to support myself in school. Taking two jobs, is very engaging and tiring, I tell you. It wasn't an easy experience, but thank God I was able to scale through.
You not having time to engage in reading online or other books outside your studies is understandable, but I am definitely happy you could scale through your two jobs and still balance your studies and university life.
