No it is not a brave browser bat coin. HIVE is the motor of the economy within it, with a stable coin next to it. Inleo's LEO token is a HIVE engine token on HIVE's second layer.
Hive is scalable because it is DPOS. HIVE is not marketed well because nobody owns HIVE as a company. HIVE is truly decentralized and community driven.
