Espero que se encuentren bien y felices. Quería contarles sobre una mañana diferente que tuve y que me encanto. Justo tenía varias cosas que hacer para mi emprendimiento Poética, ya que necesitaba imprimir el contenido de dos agendas emprendedoras que tenia encargadas y buscar precios de algunos materiales para el próximo taller que tengo pendiente.

Lo primero fue ir a Casetel, una tienda de materiales de oficina y arte, para imprimir a color y en papel fotográfico. Ahí aproveche de ver algunos precios de marcadores y cartulinas. Están muy bien surtidos, así que mientras imprimían pude curiosear bastante, encontré hasta papel imantado y eso me fascino, es perfecto para hacer marcalibros. Así que veremos si más adelante lo compro.

Como no me bastó, fui hasta el Mundo del Libro. Ahí pude ver precios de tijeras y cartulinas que estaré necesitando para mi próximo taller. Pude comparar los materiales entre las 2 tiendas y algo que amé fue este block de la marca pointer. Es perfecto para pintar con acrílicos, ya que tiene un buen gramaje, un buen tamaño y como si fuera poco un buen precio. Había otros más pequeños y para otras técnicas como marcadores y carboncillos, pero sin duda este fue mi favorito.

Luego me tocó ir a la oficina de mi tío a imprimir los contenidos de las agendas. Aprovechamos de conversar, tomar café y ponernos al día mientras imprimía lo que tenía pendiente que eran dos agendas emprendedoras. Estas agendas son especiales para emprendimientos y negocios, ya que contienen secciones como checklist (para llevar un control de pendientes), pedidos, ventas, formularios de venta (una de las clientes quería llevar un control de sus ventas por clientes poniendo de forma especifica qué productos vendía, cantidad, precio y hasta referencias de sus pagos), también incluye un balance mensual, donde pueden reflejar ventas, compras y gastos del mes y ver al final si fue utilidad o pérdida. Es una agenda bastante completa que puede ayudar a poner orden en negocios.

Una vez termine, fui a Mundo Animal a comprar una medicina para Buda, mi perrita. De esto olvide tomar fotos ya que me puse a conversar con la dueña y contarle sobre el progreso de Buda. Cuando vi, ya eran las 10:30 am y todavía me faltaba ir al centro, a otra tienda de materiales de oficina para luego ir a reunirme con mi mamá.

Así que me apresure a llegar a Fantasias Cristina, en el centro de la ciudad. Es una tienda que aunque es pequeña está bien surtida de materiales de arte y papelería. Aproveche de ver algunas acuarelas y cartulinas que podrían servirme en mi labor, aunque intente no quedarme mucho porque casi eran las 11am.

De ahí camine por la plaza Miranda hasta la plaza Bolívar, donde muy cerca se encuentra el IFIE, un instituto que dicta cursos de idiomas y tecnología, pero con el que también me he aliado para llevar mis talleres de arte. Esta institución tiene unos espacios geniales y su personal es muy atento, diligente y genial. Ha sido todo un placer trabajar con ellos. En esta ocasión iba a esperar a mi mamá, que estaba haciendo un taller de estructura de costos que surgió de una alianza entre el IFIE y Fundación Empresas Polar. Una oportunidad perfecta para aprender a organizar mejor los costos de nuestros productos. Lamentablemente no me dio chance de inscribirme porque tenía pedidos, pero mi mamá y una amiga lo lograron y me transmitieron sus conocimientos.

Una vez terminaron nos fuimos a sentar en la Plaza Bolívar, aprovechamos de conversar mientras esperábamos a que saliera la hija de nuestra amiga del colegio. Fue el momento de relajarnos un rato y ponernos al día mientras esperábamos que fueran las 12.

Sin duda fue un día movido pero divertido. Desde que trabajo en casa es raro que tenga días así, pero cuando los tengo me gusta aprovecharlos.

I hope you are well and happy. I wanted to tell you about a different morning that I had and that I loved. I had several things to do for my project Poética, since I needed to print the content of two entrepreneur agendas that I had ordered and look for prices of some materials for the next workshop that I have pending.

The first thing I did was to go to Casetel, an office and art supplies store, to print in color and on photographic paper. There I took the opportunity to see some prices for markers and cardstock. They are very well stocked, so while they were printing I could browse a lot, I even found magnetic paper and that fascinated me, it's perfect for making bookmarks. So we'll see if I buy it later.

As that wasn't enough, I went to Mundo del Libro. There I could see prices of scissors and cardboard that I will need for my next workshop. I was able to compare the materials between the 2 stores and something I loved was this block of the brand pointer. It is perfect for painting with acrylics, as it has a good weight, a good size and as if that were not enough a good price. There were other smaller ones and for other techniques such as markers and charcoals, but without a doubt this was my favorite.

Then I had to go to my uncle's office to print the contents of the agendas. We took the opportunity to chat, drink coffee and catch up while I printed what I had pending, which were two entrepreneur agendas. These agendas are special for entrepreneurship and business, as they contain sections such as checklist (to keep track of pending), orders, sales, sales forms (one of the clients wanted to keep track of their sales by customers putting specifically what products sold, quantity, price and even references of their payments), also includes a monthly balance, where they can reflect sales, purchases and expenses for the month and see at the end if it was profit or loss. It is a very complete agenda that can help to put order in business.

Once I finished, I went to Mundo Animal to buy some medicine for Buda, my dog. I forgot to take pictures of this as I started talking to the owner and telling her about Buda's progress. When I saw, it was already 10:30 am and I still had to go downtown to another office supply store and then go to meet my mom.

So I hurried to Fantasias Cristina, in the center of the city. It is a small store but well stocked with art and stationery supplies. I took the opportunity to look at some watercolors and cardboard that could be useful in my work, although I tried not to stay too long because it was almost 11am.

From there I walked through Plaza Miranda to Plaza Bolivar, where very close by is the IFIE, an institute that offers language and technology courses, but with which I have also partnered to bring my art workshops. This institution has great spaces and its staff is very attentive, diligent and great. It has been a pleasure to work with them. On this occasion I was going to wait for my mom, who was doing a workshop on cost structure that arose from an alliance between IFIE and Fundación Empresas Polar. A perfect opportunity to learn how to better organize the costs of our products. Unfortunately, she didn't give me a chance to enroll because I had orders, but my mom and a friend made it and passed on their knowledge to me.

Once they finished we went to sit in the Plaza Bolivar, we took the opportunity to talk while we waited for our friend's daughter to get out of school. It was time to relax for a while and catch up while we waited for 12 o'clock.

It was definitely a busy but fun day. Since I work at home it's rare that I have days like this, but when I do I like to take advantage of them.
