Some days, on my restricted diet, denying myself foods that I like (especially when it's free!) puts me in a very foul mood. Today is one of those days. I've done this before, and it's frankly not worth it. I find myself regretting skipping some unhealthy things more often than I used to, especially as I've become more strict. Oh well, I'll get over it by tomorrow. For now, some boring ol' oatmeal with milk...

find any daily physically demanding hobby and enjoy whatever the food you want. This is how i do
I do exercise daily, but here's the thing... no amount of exercise can counterbalance a bad diet. I've seen plenty of people who are slim or thin, but still unhealthy because of the quality of their diet - not a route I intend to embark upon.
i completely understand not everything works for everyone. If this applies to me doesn't mean that it'd have same effects on you.
