I did not get what I paid for and sadly LEO team is not paying attention to this. This is first time I am facing and if its not resolved then a bIg NO for leo premium from me.

They don't care about us. They just want to grab the money from us. I recommend you to use snaps or waves. Without premium both offers more than threads.
