Organizing Work in Progress

The picture below is a twin sized quilt top I pieced from my orange and purple scraps. I need to quilt and bind it now.

I am reorganizing my sewing room because I just got back from a visit with my mom and brought back all her collection of unfinished sewing projects. Along with my own projects, I have a lot to organize.

Mom's projects were in boxes and many were cut out in the 80s when all of us were thinner. I am looking at the pieces, with paper patterns still pinned, but no instructions, and putting them together using just my experience. When they are done, I will have to find some skinny person to wear them. Still, the satisfaction is in the process of completing the projects.
