KEEP A STANDING LIFE
There are always days where you have to be a right man. You know nobody's coming to remind you that you are capable and nobody knows how much you have been fighting to.
I want you to keep telling yourself, I'll figure it out, I can handle this and I'm getting better. Even if you don't fully believe it yet. Keep saying it because the voice you hear is your own head. Or they shouldn't be the one because I'm telling you that you're going to fail.
Keep a standing life, doing your best, doing what you know how to do best and don't rely on anything to hinder you or hold you down. So you are always doing your best and putting in the work.

@feeyona, your reminder to repeat “I’ll figure it out, I can handle this, and I’m getting better” is a powerful way to build self-belief, especially when others don’t see the battles you’re facing. You might enjoy sharing more short encouragements like this through InLeo Threads, where brief thoughts can reach supportive communities. What helps you keep going on the days when your confidence feels low?
