In any way u can be of help, or of assistance to people just feel free to help, anything you know you can do to save life just do.

If you are in a position to render help to someone regardless of how difficult it may look like unless what the help is looks like is not within your reach.

Donating of organ is not condemned in the bible, it's an act of kindness, unless you are not so sound in your health to do that in the sense that it will effect you badly and it might lead you to danger.

And I believe that before any donation, check ups would have be done on you to know if you are fit but based on my understanding I don't think refusing to lend organ can lead someone to hell.

It's the act of kindness that requires conviction and not a matter of carelessness, but the bible didn't say anything against it, just help people with any little opportunity you get.
