Well to some people the only thing they care about is themselves, there family and there loved once so some people if you are not related to them in any way be it relationship be it by blood they think they are not financially responsible for you.
Because they think it's foolishness and wasting of time giving out money to others, while to some other's it's stinginess that causes it because they are not originally giver's.
If you see a giver you will know and you can easily identify them because there life style is not hidden they give excessively once they have money they give unless they don't have.
And there are some that are ready to give there last card just to help others, this is exactly the kind of lifestyle our heavenly father wants from us the life of given, open hands and not a tight hand.
Some will say they are not financially responsible for anyone because they think there money is there money and they suffered to get the money and they believe giving it to someone else is foolishness and wasting of there resources and sweat because they taught that the money was so deficult for them to get so they should just enjoy it alone and not sharing and helping the needy.
