PLAN ACCORDING TO YOUR BUDGET

As the year is coming to an end, every organization, group of people are trying to tidy up their plans while others are busy preparing for the end of the year party. In all you do have a budget.

Year in and year out is the festive period especially in the month of December. This becomes a global phenomenon especially in the west African region. If I were allowed to nick their name festival. The most highly celebrated festival falls around this time where friends and family do all they can to meet and share fellowship whereas it means another thing for other people. Be it as it may be the festive season should be budget bound because there is still life ahead. Many people give themselves completely to this festive time without a deep reflection or thoughts over and over again. It's expedient that one must critically examine a few things instead of doing the usual always.

Budget is very important and I want to recommend this empathically to everyone reading this entry that we would have been better than where we are now if only we were able to consider budget over what we do. Before you step into anything in life, it's very important to consider budget before proceeding into anything. A common African adage says cut your coat according to your size. This statement can't be completely laid aside owing to the fact that we have our various individual differences therefore we shouldn't join the general train at the expense of what we can afford comfortably. The big question is do you have a budget for this festive period? What are your plans? What do you intend to do? Do you want to borrow so that later you start repaying?

No one should be told the present predicament that has befallen us in this nation economically. It's hard for many to eat three square meals how then would you accumulate heavy debt on yourself just to gratify or please others? It calls for a serious plan. How do I intend to curb the budget for this festive period? The first thing I have resolved within my heart is that I can't please everyone no matter what I do therefore I won't go beyond my budget to create any impression for anybody.

Another thing to curb the budget is not to travel anywhere. I noticed that the transportation fare has been hacked. Some it has been multiplied into two especially for people moving from northern Nigeria to the eastern part of the nation. For this reason the distance between December and January is not far at all therefore one must plan himself and strategize very well to ensure that budgets are not overshooted. If it's not necessary don't travel abeg. Spare the money and use it for something better.

Must you shoot your budget just because you want to buy cow and food that you want to celebrate Christmas with? Please if you can't buy a bag of rice you can go for other things. Don't allow anybody to intimidate you. Have a planned budget for everything.

Thanks reading through.

Cutting our coat according to our side is the way towards having a great Christmas that we won't regret after or go into debt for.

Working with what we've is the best way.

This festive period, if someone knows his worth, he should not allow others to put him into pressure because December will come and go
