Paternity leave is very important for men.

This is my response to week 127 edition 3 of the hive learners contest. I must confess that this is a good way of ending the week. It's been a great one. I want to celebrate all the participants that didn't miss any of the editions for this beautiful week. May the Lord God continue t bless us mightily in Jesus name.

The theme set aside for this engagement is quite amazing and open for everyone to drop his or her perspective. I never expected it this way anyway but had to just respond to it. The general view about leave is centralized on the woman or the mother. There are lots of justifiable reasons to back up this claim. It's apparently ok that the woman should be given a leave in order to Carter more for the need of the baby.
The peculiarity between a father and a mother is that when it comes to child upbringing as far as I'm concerned, the greatest work load is on the mother.

Right from conception the mother goes through dangerous challenges that at a times I consider the most risky thing in life. Have you ever asked why men don't have a womb? Can a man breast feed a baby? Can a man or father Carter for all the essential needs of a child? These and many more questions that runs through my mind which makes it necessary for a woman to go on leave. The workload on women is too much hence the need to go on leave. If every man would be allowed to share at least 40% of the pains and tragedy mothers go through hmmm that would be a clear cut to as whether fathers really deserve the paternity leave.

Imagine a woman that gave birth through surgery hmmm how do you expect her to pick with life just within four months without any reasonable leave? You know tissues and other body ligament have worn out. A good time is required for them to regain back themselves. Truly women need more time to rest.

Haven said that about women, I will like to say if I would have my own way that men supposed to have paternity leave. There's a saying that goes what's good for the goose, is good for the gander. Life needs to be balanced especially for critical marital issue like this on whether man should have rest or not. Both the man and the woman needs rest oooo. It's high time for fathers to begin to go for leave. I know of some men that were a bit fat but hmmm really drop in weight because of what they are going through. There are some women that almost become like thorn on their husbands because of the way they nag over things. At times they make unnecessary expenses during their pregnancy period. The father undergoes a lot of turbulence that sincerely needs him to rest.

It's not bad to have a leave for a man to recover a little bit. Men too need to be refreshed and treated with such dimension of love so that they can have a balanced life and never have the feeling of being over used. Fathers needs leave to recover financially.
