LOVE IS EVERYTHING AND EVERYTHING IS LOVE

I have come to the realisation and conclusions that love is everything and everything is love. I would not want to despise anyone's opinion concerning this subject that this community deemed it fit for us to explore even at this time. The theme for this initiative centres on what one can do for love. Anytime I have the privilege to share about love, I don't always lack what to say because love is like a power house for daily living.

Love is not just an emotion, or mere feeling but it goes beyond that. Love is a feeling of deep affection display towards an individual. Love is sacrifice given to an individual. Love is a display of high level of tolerance and accommodation showed to someone. Love constitute whatever you do positively to an individual without a mind of reciprocating back such gesture. Love entails putting Smile on someone in respective of your background, difference, cultural tiles etc. Love is everything you do to add value, transform and change somebody's life.

We are living in a time where the true demonstration of what love is must be displayed. You can't just say you love someone and you can show it by your actions and sometimes words. Reading through the holy scriptures, I noticed so many attributes of love. This suggests that love is an integral part of a life godliness that one should live for and show for others. The scripture emphasis is on talk less and let your talk be backed up with actions.

How would you say you love someone and can't sacrifice anything? There was a story of a man who had two handsome chaps. They have been a greets source of joy and encouragement to their father. The father loved and cared for virtually all their needs. He ensured that two attended a sound school. The younger son misbehaved and went out of his father's wish. He felt the father does not allow him to have his way and the sense of freedom as most young people wish to have.

He associated with the bad and corrupt counterparts which almost shattered his destiny but God never abandoned him. He started smoking and drinking alcohol such that it got to an extent where it turned him almost a man. Inspite of all these, the father didn't forsake him but continue to show him love. The parent went and looked for him and took him for rehabilitation. Resources were spent to refix him all because of the kind of heart the parent had towards. This is a good display of love. No matter how the son was his father's love was more than everything. The father saw the kind of destiny the boy has hence he couldn't allow anything to hinder him from showing sacrificial love to his son.

I so much learnt from the kind of unconditional love these parents did for their son. So many parents don't care about their children and even when such children derail from the track they never make any effort to win them with love. Some would even disowned them and deny them access to anything that concerns them. Love means everything.

As I conclude, let me share a quick story of a couple I know. It happened that this lady had a fire outbreak (accident) which almost damaged her face. She endured it and never gave up in the pursuit of life fulfilment. She went to higher institution and studied a beautiful course and did a compulsory one year service. Thereafter God blessed her with a handsome man. The man loved her beyond her facial look. Her character really defined her as a vitreous woman. Wow what a love beyond every circumstances.
