Today's post will focus on three things that can help live a healthy life and the absence of them can frustrate your well-being. It'll be brief but I hope you'll learn from it.

For us here in low income countries, our major challenge is how to become wealthy and the little things we would've done to stay healthy we neglect them because our focus is already on wealth rather than the health that'll sustain the wealth.

The path to healthy living from my perspective entails three things: eating more of fruits and vegetables, having enough time to rest and doing exercises.

In the bid to get everything in place that we need, we sometimes burn ourselves out and stress gradually bring us to a state depreciation in terms of our health and wellness.

One of the things eating the health of many is not resting adequately. Where I come from, we call stress rich people's sickness. This is because people here believe that the rich have all they need to live a healthy life but they're always stressed up by their running around from one business trips, works and meetings.

Stress kills faster than any cancer related sickness but many pray that they don't have cancer but don't realize that stress is an unnoticeable killer and is responsible for most of the deaths that occur across the world.

When your head aches what do you do? Are you always quick to take analgesics or you take a nap. Sleeping is the cure for stress and can help you recover what the body has lost from stressful day's work.

I know staying healthy goes beyond these three aforementioned tips but it could work more than 50% if you want to stay and remain healthy.
