The last bell at our school

Un saludo mi querida comunidad y a todos lo que hacen vida en esta linda plataforma. Hay una actividad que es nueva en nuestro país y que además se realiza para celebrar la culminación del año escolar y el inicio del periodo de vacaciones de los estudiantes. Esta es muy emotiva y especial, aunque es una mezcla de sentimientos por una la alegría y por otra un poco de nostalgia.

Greetings my dear community and to all who make life in this beautiful platform. There is an activity that is new in our country and that is also done to celebrate the end of the school year and the beginning of the vacation period for students. This is very emotional and special, although it is a mixture of feelings, on the one hand joy and on the other hand a little nostalgia.

La mayoría de nuestros estudiantes tienen dificultad o discapacidad intelectual y no son promovidos de grado, ellos solo son capacitados para aprender un oficio, sin embargo de igual manera cumplen todo un año escolar su jornada en los diferentes talleres de oficio. Por esto el día jueves todos nos preparamos para despedir a nuestra muchachada con mucha alegría entre música, cantos y el colorido de los globos.

Most of our students have difficulties or intellectual disabilities and are not promoted to a higher grade, they are only trained to learn a trade, but they still complete a whole school year in the different trade workshops. For this reason, on Thursday we all prepared to say goodbye to our students with great joy with music, songs and colorful balloons.

Realizamos un túnel todo el personal del colegio y la mayoría de los representantes en el portón principal de la escuela con globos de colores, luego la directora tocó el timbre justamente a la hora que culmina la jornada escolar o como llamamos la hora del despacho, de inmediato nuestros muchachos corrieron con esa alegría que los caracteriza y salieron cantando una canción muy bonita que ha ellos les encanta que se llama color esperanza. Casi todos estábamos muy contentos pero igual era imposible sentir la nostalgia de sentir el vacío en el colegio y más de una lágrima apareció en ese momento.

We made a tunnel all the school staff and most of the representatives at the main gate of the school with colorful balloons, then the director rang the bell just at the time that ends the school day or as we call the time of dispatch, immediately our boys ran with that joy that characterizes them and went out singing a very nice song that they love that is called color hope. Almost all of us were very happy but it was still impossible to feel the nostalgia of feeling the emptiness in the school and more than one tear appeared at that moment.
