Barbecue to celebrate my husband's birthday

El 11 de enero es otra fecha para celebrar en casa pues es el cumpleaños de mi esposo, días previos a la fecha junto a mis hijos planificamos para darle una sorpresa y que de esta manera pase un día diferente y especial

Greetings my dear community @family-friends and to all who make life in this beautiful platform. January 11 is another date to celebrate at home because it is my husband's birthday, days before the date with my children plan to give him a surprise and thus spend a different and special day.

Teníamos bastante tiempo que no hacíamos este tipo de preparación, por eso hicimos todos los preparativos para comer algo diferente con pollo, chorizo y morcilla cocidos al carbón, ya que también es uno de los platillos preferidos del cumpleañero, aunque casi todos los venezolanos amanecimos ese día con los ánimos un poco bajo, pero para nosotros en casa cuando algún miembro de la familia cumpleaños nos llenamos de mucha alegría por la dicha de haber compartido juntos un año más de vida.

We had not made this kind of preparation for quite some time, so we made all the preparations to eat something different with chicken, chorizo and black pudding cooked over charcoal, since it is also one of the favorite dishes of the birthday boy, although almost all Venezuelans woke up that day with the spirits a little low, but for us at home when a member of the family has a birthday we are filled with great joy for the joy of having shared together another year of life.

Pasamos todo el día en la terraza de la casa donde está ubicada la parrillera, ambientamos el lugar con música y cada quien se dispone a realizar lo que le corresponde, lo importante de todo esto es que mi esposo estaba muy feliz y está es suficiente razón para saber que le gustó mucho ese lindo detalle que tuvimos todos con el además de hacerlo sentir que muy especial e importante tanto para mí como para sus hijos

We spent the whole day on the terrace of the house where the barbecue is located, we set the place with music and everyone gets ready to do what corresponds to him, the important thing is that my husband was very happy and this is reason enough to know that he really liked this nice detail that we all had with him in addition to making him feel very special and important for me and for his children.
