A relaxing sunset walk on the beach with my pet Toby

Un saludo mi querida comunidad y a todos lo que hacen vida en esta linda plataforma. Si hay una actividad que me ha servido y sumado mucho a mi bienestar incluso también para mí mascota 🐕 Toby, es caminar mientras contemplo el hermoso paisaje y disfruto de la brisa del mar.

Greetings my dear community and to all who make life in this beautiful platform. If there is one activity that has served me and added a lot to my well being even for my pet 🐕 Toby, it is walking while I contemplate the beautiful scenery and enjoy the sea breeze.

Esto se ha hecho un hábito super saludable para ambos, incluso Toby fue mi motivación y me ha ayudado a retomar mi rutina de caminatas, las cuales inicialmente se retomaron por recomendación de su veterinario para ayudarlo a liberar estrés.

This has become a super healthy habit for both of us, even Toby was my motivation and has helped me get back into my walking routine, which was initially taken up on the recommendation of his vet to help him release stress.

Escuchamos de muchas fuentes de lo importante de la actividad física y esto no solo aplica para nosotros, sino tambien para los peluditos de la casa, tal y como se los mencione recién gracias a la compañía de mi pequeña mascota he retomado la actividad física con algunas caminatas y lo que les puedo compartir de esta experiencia es que si tienen la oportunidad de vivirla háganlo, no lo vean como una tarea mas que hacer, no hay nada mas satisfactorio que ver a nuestras mascotas contentas y mas si son como la mía que al escuchar la frase " Vamos a pasear" se vuelve completamente loco de la alegria.

We hear from many sources about the importance of physical activity and this not only applies to us, but also for the little furry ones at home, as I mentioned just now thanks to the company of my little pet I have resumed physical activity with some walks and what I can share with you about this experience is that if you have the opportunity to live it, do it, There is nothing more satisfying than seeing our pets happy and even more if they are like mine that when he hears the phrase "Let's go for a walk" he goes completely crazy with joy.

En mi caso soy muy afortunada de contar con lugares para este tipo de actividad, debo decirles que al dirigirme ahi puedo ver a muchas personas compartiendo un buen rato con su familiar, incluyendo a sus mascotas que tambien forman parte de esta. Al principio puede ser complicado, todo es cuestión de periodo de adaptación, pero una vez que nuestros perritos toman como habito el salir, es tiempo compartido que atesoramos para siempre.

In my case I am very fortunate to have places for this type of activity, I must tell you that when I go there I can see many people sharing a good time with their family, including their pets that are also part of this. At the beginning it can be complicated, it is all a matter of adaptation period, but once our dogs get into the habit of going out, it is shared time that we treasure forever.

Soy una persona con mucha cercanía con los animales, sobre todo con los perros ya que he tenido varios y se todo el cariño incondicional que nos pueden brindar, son seres muy nobles que dejan huella en nuestras vidas mientras nos acompañan. Asi que actividades como las que les comparto el dia de hoy son especiales para nuestros pequeños peludos para mantenerlos felices y por supuesto para nosotros para mantenernos activos y disfrutar de mejor salud.

I am a person with a lot of closeness with animals, especially with dogs since I have had several and I know all the unconditional love they can give us, they are very noble beings that leave a mark in our lives while they accompany us. So activities like the ones I share with you today are special for our little furry ones to keep them happy and of course for us to stay active and enjoy better health.
