A barbecue outside the home

Un saludo mi querida comunidad y a todos lo que hacen vida en esta linda plataforma, no si les he comentado que tuve que cambiar mis hábitos alimenticios por problemas de salud, eliminé de mi dieta todo lo referente a carbohidratos procesados, granos, gaseosas, frituras entre otras cosas. Por esto ahora cuando me invitan a salir muchas veces me incomoda un poco por todas estas restricciones que tengo y en estos días de vacaciones he rechazado muchos paseos debido a esto.

Greetings my dear community and to all who make life in this beautiful platform, not if I have told you that I had to change my eating habits due to health problems, I eliminated from my diet everything related to processed carbohydrates, grains, soda, fried foods and other things. For this reason now when I am invited to go out many times I feel a little uncomfortable because of all these restrictions that I have and these days of vacation I have rejected many walks because of this.

Sin embargo en esta ocasión fue diferente ya que se trataba de una parrillada como le decimos en Venezuela, en otros lugares le llaman barbacoas. Esta preparación se trata de cualquier tipo de corte de carne asada en carbón. En esta oportunidad fue de pollo y morcilla acompañada con plátano también asado sobre la parrilla. Esta salud apaseo la disfrute demasiado ya que me sentí a gusto con todo en especial con la comida y sin hablar del ambiente. No sé imaginan lo diferente que sabe la comida cuando se prepara fuera de casa y más aún cuando no tengo que hacerla yo, sabe a gloria.

However, this time it was different since it was a “parrillada” as we say in Venezuela, in other places they call it “barbacoas”. This preparation is any type of meat cut grilled in charcoal. This time it was chicken and blood sausage accompanied with plantain also grilled on the grill. I enjoyed this health apaseo very much because I felt at ease with everything, especially with the food and not to mention the atmosphere. I can't imagine how different the food tastes when it is prepared away from home and even more when I don't have to make it myself, it tastes like glory.

Mientras preparaban la comida, comencé a caminar por este campo, tomando fotografías a casa cosa rara que veía, entre esto conseguí un insecto nunca antes visto y logré captarlo lo más cerca posible al igual que me cautivo la astucia y gracia de un pato llamado Patricio, ya que me parecía increíble que un ave atiende cuando lo llaman, además es bien sociable se acerca con toda confianza, incluso me rei hasta más no poder ya que es experto en robar comida, no puedes descuidarte porque te quita algo y corre bastante rápido, los animales son lo más hermoso que puede existir. Esto paso cuando nos dispusimos a comer me robó un pedazo de mi pollo 😂 🦆.

While they were preparing the food, I began to walk through this field, taking pictures of every strange thing I saw, among this I got an insect never seen before and I managed to capture it as close as possible and I was captivated by the cunning and grace of a duck named Patricio, It seemed incredible to me that a bird attends when it is called, it is also very sociable and approaches with confidence, I even laughed as much as I could because it is an expert in stealing food, you can not be careless because it takes something from you and runs pretty fast, animals are the most beautiful thing that can exist. This happened when we were about to eat he stole a piece of my chicken 😂 🦆.
