July 2025 recap - New highs
Again a month has passed. Let me show you how my portfolio did.
Market update
The market reached new highs this month. Bitcoin reached a new ATH and Ethereum went up even more. The total market cap of cryptocurrencies went up from 3.27 tn to 3.74 tn. Bitcoin dominance went down from 64.5% to 61.1%.
Looking at the prices of the individual currencies, Bitcoin went up from $106,600 to $115,100 this month. The price of Ethereum went up from $2,450 to $3,630.
Current Portfolio
I didn't do any buying or selling this month. My overall portfolio value is about €5,100 higher than one month ago. My portfolio shifted towards ETH. My personal BTC "dominance" is down from 23.1% to 21.8%.
In total I have invested €2,600 in Ethereum and Bitcoin, so I'm at a €31,400 overall profit. €14,800 of that profit is realised e.g. cashed out. Quite happy with that!
I managed to steadily increase my Hive Power holdings from 13,359 to 13,554 HP. The highest amount ever!
Have we seen the peak of this cycle? Or will we see even more all time highs going forward? We'll find out in the coming recaps.

2020 surely saw some big gains too. It feels like it should be time for another Alt-season by now...

Yes, I'm very ready for that! Although it already performed pretty well, so I wouldn't be surprised if the biggest gain is already over. Time will tell...
Oh alright, thought Ethereum holder were hoping eth would break 10k this cycle? But thats maybe a far stretch 😅
Hope is good, but I'm trying to stay realistic. Although much can happen of course
