l know the word strength, is not a new word to your ears but l will be channelling us to an area of strength that if abused or neglected as an entrepreneur will tell on an individual in a difficult way.

As far as life is concerned strength is enshrined in youthfulness, this is really not about age, if you want to see a high display of strength, it's something common amongst youthful minds, you will agree with me that almost all that life has to offer, are driven and maximize with strength in different dimensions.

Strength can be captured in dimensions and in many direction, financially, spirituality, mentally, socially and otherwise, but am going to be looking at strength basically as look at some common characteristic of an entrepreneur, this is totally concerned with the productive capacity of the entrepreneurs mind.

Having said that, l beg to tell you for free that one can not be young 🌱 twice, meaning that there are seasons one can easily nurture this abilities, for every man some level of strength or ability comes at a particular face of life and if not maximize, or nurtured will result in regrets, so we need to identify the strength of the mind and begin to work on it, in some case it may take some time but the fruit 🍓 will definitely encourage when it shows up.

An entrepreneur is a person who has a passionate heart and interested in creativity and as well has the ability to thoroughly engage an idea in an attempt identify the societal need or address the need that has not been address previously.

To also add to it, l have noticed that we Entrepreneurs passionately do want to work for ourselves, maybe because of the risk involved but we are always willing to take calculated risks in order to meet our goals.

This article is to help inspire and encourage young and intended entrepreneurs, l know you are wondering about many things but follow as l engage some common traits and character of entrepreneurship, as you begin to nurture this common characters, you are ultimately determine to be successful.

Creative Ability:

Creativity in the world of entrepreneurship, can not be under estimated, its a very powerful tool, it births newness. you can not think of innovation if there is no creativity.
Often times as we engage daily activities, many ideas flips our minds, but it up to us to intentionally knack to pin down the ideas and deligently act on them for productivity. The truth is that not all ideas will always become a hit but as an entrepreneur you need the experience, not necessarily that it will be a hit but go for the golden experience.

It's time to begin to Engage that fresh idea, maybe the solution our society is seeking is just that idea on your mind right now. please do not think or take any idea to be common, please pin down that idea and brood on it. that experience will offer you some level of knowledge to advise new products for same or similar market.

Be Passionate:

My friend will often say that pursuit is a proof of passion, what you are passionate for will be seen in you and around you.
it's important that you stay motivated to keep pushing, at any point in time you loose your passion, your vehicle begin to slow down and if continued will die a natural death.

You need to do your best to nurture your passion, fuel it and let the engine keep driving, it will help put in some extra hours to get things done.
l do remember an entrepreneural project we were working on, at the beginning it were hurdles, suggesting impossibility but l can remember that passion was the force that drove through, so l say this from experience.

Be Ready for Risk taking:

There is a saying in my place that a fearful being, can't attempt the war zone. risk-taking is an ability that is essential and must be maximized as far as the entrepreneural field is concerned.

This is the ability to explore the unknown, this is a willingness tht must be captured in all entrepreneur, l quite agree that it involves a lot of things, as a matter of fact your may be the only person who believe in your ideas, that is a more serious risk to start with, but you must.
Time and money 💰, in most cases are the first element to be invested, but as a good entrepreneur you will always make provisions for a backup, as you take the risk.
please do take this important, l give you for free, for exploring the unknown or taking risk, be bestowed with a Trump card, intentionally evaluate the risk to be taken, know the consequences, don't give it in if not evaluated.

Maximize your social skills :

A skillset is an essential arsenal without which an entrepreneur engagement will not see light. The Social space is our biggest platform we have for have our product to be marketed, you must do this with a height of intentionality.

Amongst many, l will mention a few, and if you have not nurtured this, should do so, let's login.

• Relationship Building

As an entrepreneur you need a relational character just as you need finances. infact I do tell people that good relationships can pay for anything that money can buy, that will be an article that l will work on, soon, but if you must be relevant in the social space build quality relationship.

• Talent Sourcing and Hiring:

You must intentionally engage in talent sourcing, seek for like minds and also hire them for the work to be done. the social space needs so much of talent to find relavance and if you don't, you will loose your space.

• Team Strategy:

Team work is really essential, l call it a network spirit, if you have gotten the set of talent you need to work, then you will need to set a team strategy or what we also call strategy formular, this may not the usual strategy but very unique to your team.

Open-minded in learning ( people, event and failure):

It's important as an entrepreneur you must be ready to accept and adapt to people and event, for you, it's important to see life in the perspective of reality reasons are that the scenario or even could be or may be useful and may turn out to be a useful opportunity, this can never be possible if there is no open mindedness.

As an entrepreneur, risk taking is what we do, you are ready to take responsibility for your losses and of course with a very positive attitude.

Frowning on defeat is absolutely out of place, others may see defeat but the experience like l said is worth more than money 💰. infact any man who fails in the process has learnt a new way to make it happen, this is only possible when your mind is open.

You will learn to accept people, event and circumstances, the experience will become a learning process, even if you don't use it at the moment, will definitely be useful for the next project engagement or planning.

Learning is an amazing experience, though some may be very costly but when you engage with an open mind, you will humbly see your fault, most importantly it will enable you learn in the face of competition.

You really have to identify the common strength, nurture them and do your best to maximize them, l tell the truth for free, you will thank me letter.

Sé que la palabra fuerza, no es una palabra nueva para sus oídos, pero voy a ser la canalización de nosotros a un área de la fuerza que si se abusa o se descuida como empresario se dirá en un individuo de una manera difícil.

En lo que respecta a la vida, la fuerza está consagrada en la juventud, no se trata realmente de la edad, si quieres ver un alto despliegue de fuerza, es algo común entre las mentes jóvenes, estarás de acuerdo conmigo en que casi todo lo que la vida tiene que ofrecer, es impulsado y maximizado con fuerza en diferentes dimensiones.

La fuerza puede ser capturada en dimensiones y en muchas direcciones, financieramente, espiritualidad, mentalmente, socialmente y de otra manera, pero voy a estar mirando a la fuerza básicamente como mirar a algunas características comunes de un empresario, esto está totalmente relacionado con la capacidad productiva de la mente de los empresarios.

Dicho esto, me permito decirles de forma gratuita que uno no puede ser joven 🌱 dos veces, lo que significa que hay temporadas uno puede nutrir fácilmente estas habilidades, para cada hombre algún nivel de fuerza o habilidad viene en una cara particular de la vida y si no maximizar, o nutrido dará lugar a arrepentimientos, por lo que necesitamos para identificar la fuerza de la mente y empezar a trabajar en él, en algún caso, puede tomar algún tiempo, pero el fruto 🍓 sin duda alentar cuando se muestra.

Un empresario es una persona que tiene un corazón apasionado e interesado en la creatividad y también tiene la capacidad de comprometerse a fondo una idea en un intento de identificar la necesidad de la sociedad o hacer frente a la necesidad de que no se ha abordado anteriormente.

Además, me he dado cuenta de que los emprendedores deseamos apasionadamente trabajar para nosotros mismos, quizá por el riesgo que conlleva, pero siempre estamos dispuestos a asumir riesgos calculados para alcanzar nuestros objetivos.

Capacidad creativa:

es importante que te mantengas motivado para seguir empujando, en cualquier momento en que pierdas tu pasión, tu vehículo comenzará a ralentizarse y si continúa morirá de muerte natural.

Tienes que hacer todo lo posible por alimentar tu pasión, alimentarla y dejar que el motor siga funcionando, te ayudará a dedicar algunas horas extra para hacer las cosas.
Recuerdo un proyecto empresarial en el que estábamos trabajando, al principio había obstáculos que parecían imposibles, pero recuerdo que la pasión fue la fuerza que nos impulsó, así que lo digo por experiencia.

Esté preparado para asumir riesgos:

Hay un dicho en mi lugar que dice que un ser temeroso, no puede intentar la zona de guerra. la toma de riesgos es una habilidad que es esencial y debe ser maximizada en lo que al campo empresarial se refiere.

Esta es la capacidad de explorar lo desconocido, esta es una voluntad que debe ser captada en todo emprendedor, estoy bastante de acuerdo que implica muchas cosas, de hecho tu puedes ser la única persona que crea en tus ideas, ese es un riesgo más serio para empezar, pero debes hacerlo.
Tiempo y dinero 💰, en la mayoría de los casos son el primer elemento que se invierte, pero como un buen empresario que siempre hacer provisiones para una copia de seguridad, ya que tomar el riesgo.
por favor toma esto importante, te lo doy gratis, por explorar lo desconocido o tomar riesgo, que te den carta de triunfo, evalúa intencionalmente el riesgo a tomar, conoce las consecuencias, no lo des si no lo evaluaste.

Maximiza tus habilidades sociales :

Un conjunto de habilidades es un arsenal esencial sin el cual el compromiso de un empresario no verá la luz. El espacio Social es nuestra mayor plataforma que tenemos para tener nuestro producto para ser comercializado, usted debe hacer esto con una altura de intencionalidad.

Entre muchos, voy a mencionar algunos, y si usted no ha nutrido esto, debe hacerlo, vamos a entrar.

• Construcción de Relaciones

Como empresario necesitas un carácter relacional al igual que necesitas finanzas. de hecho le digo a la gente que las buenas relaciones pueden pagar cualquier cosa que el dinero pueda comprar, ese será un artículo en el que trabajaré, pronto, pero si debes ser relevante en el espacio social construye relaciones de calidad.

• Búsqueda y contratación de talentos:

El espacio social necesita mucho talento para encontrar relevancia y, si no lo haces, perderás tu espacio.

• Estrategia de equipo:

El trabajo en equipo es realmente esencial, yo lo llamo espíritu de red, si has conseguido el conjunto de talentos que necesitas para trabajar, entonces tendrás que establecer una estrategia de equipo o lo que también llamamos fórmula de estrategia, puede que no sea la estrategia habitual, sino muy exclusiva para tu equipo.

Mente abierta en el aprendizaje (personas, eventos y fracasos):

Es importante como emprendedor debes estar dispuesto a aceptar y adaptarte a las personas y al evento, para ti, es importante ver la vida en la perspectiva de la realidad las razones son que el escenario o incluso podría ser o puede ser útil y puede resultar ser una oportunidad útil, esto nunca puede ser posible si no hay apertura mental.

Como empresario, asumir riesgos es lo que hacemos, usted está dispuesto a asumir la responsabilidad de sus pérdidas y, por supuesto, con una actitud muy positiva.

Fruncir el ceño ante la derrota está absolutamente fuera de lugar, otros pueden ver la derrota pero la experiencia como he dicho vale más que el dinero 💰. de hecho cualquier hombre que fracasa en el proceso ha aprendido una nueva forma de hacerlo realidad, esto sólo es posible cuando tu mente está abierta.
