RECAP 2023: work, travel and challenges

Although a couple of days of 2024 have passed, I had on my to-do list to do a review of each day lived during 2023, a year that in general I consider was exhausting, challenging and full of many opportunities.

I remember that at the beginning of the year I was sick and I understood that this was the first challenge to face, from there it was one thing after another, luckily that illness was overcome, a couple of weeks later. But all this was preparing me for the challenges in an area that I am passionate about, my profession.

Professional growth is something I have kept very much in mind since I graduated from undergrad, and so I started a master's degree, in research on vulnerable groups, in 2023 I managed to pass my first year of studies and also pass my research progress.

Although my time was really very limited, I managed to make some trips, some for pleasure and others for work. I met new people, new places, tasted new flavors and discovered new cultures 🥰 I think the latter is the most beautiful part of the year that ended.

In general it was a year of much, much work I feel very satisfied for everything I achieved, however at the end of the year I understood that I demanded too much and the time to sleep was less and less.

Of course, for all this I was not alone, my unconditional support for all the madness that was my 2023 was my hubby @wbrandt who between highs and lows was my grounding and his words were my motivation to continue when I was no longer able to move forward.

And in the last month My little doggy Max, came into my life and without a doubt it was one of the best decisions 🐶❤️ in one month he has already lived a couple of adventures with us 🥹🥰.

There have been many things in 12 months, today I just say thanks to God and life for allowing me to live intensely my 2023 ❤️

What is coming for 2024? I like to capture it all in my vision board, which by the way, last year's vision board was very useful for me to capture and materialize my dreams and goals for 2023.

Aunque han transcurrido un par de días del 2024, tenía en mi lista de pendientes hacer un recorrido por cada día vivido durante el 2023, un año que en general considero fue agotador, desafiante y lleno de muchas oportunidades.

Recuerdo que cuando inicio el año estuve enferma y entendí que ese era el primer desafío por enfrentar, desde allí fue una cosa tras otra, por suerte esa enfermedad fue superada, un par de semanas después. Pero todo ello me estaba preparando para los desafíos en un área que me apasiona, mi profesión.

El crecimiento profesional es algo que he tenido muy presente desde que me gradué en pre grado, y por ello inicié una maestría, en investigación de los grupos vulnerables, en 2023 logré aprobar mi primer año de estudios y también aprobar el avance de mi investigación.

Aunque mi tiempo estuvo realmente muy limitado, logré hacer algunos viajecitos, algunos por placer y otros por trabajo. Conocí nuevas personas, nuevos lugares, degusté nuevos sabores descubrí nuevas culturas 🥰 creo que esto último es lo que marco el lado más bonito del año que terminó.

En general fue un año de mucho, mucho trabajo me siento muy satisfecha por todo lo logrado, sin embargo al terminar el año entendí que me sobre exigí demasiado y el tiempo para dormir cada vez era menos.

Por supuesto, para todo esto no estuve sola, mi apoyo incondicional para toda la locura que fue mi 2023 fue mi esposito @wbrandt que entre altos y bajos fue mi conexión a tierra y sus palabras fueron mi motivación para continuar cuando ya no era capaz de avanzar.

Y en el último mes Mi pequeño perruno Max, llegó a mi vida y sin dudas fue una de las mejores decisiones 🐶❤️ en un mes ya ha vivido un par de aventuras con nosotros 🥹🥰

Han sido muchas cosas en 12 meses, hoy solo digo gracias a Dios y a la vida por permitirme vivir intensamente mi 2023 ❤️

¿Qué se viene para el 2024? Me gusta plasmarlo todo en mi vision board, que por cierto, el del año pasado me sirvió muchísimo para plasmar y materializar mis sueños y metas en el 2023.
