Holiday: Reflection and stories 📝 (ENG-ES)

Hi friends, I wish you a great week

Yesterday was a public holiday in the city and I had an invitation in the morning with my girls for a day of workshops focused on the theme "let's talk about what hurts us". It was an enriching space, because it allowed us to reflect on the issue of harassment and abuse that we as women have faced.

We spent a large part of the morning sharing with other women and their stories. Each one as valuable as the other, I am grateful that these spaces bring us closer and make us feel that we are not alone ❤️

In fact, we joined in volunteering to echo the beautiful work of educating and raising awareness on this issue. I hope soon to bring you more details about this which has me very excited.

Leaving there we went for dessert, well I was more into nuts, my sweet tooth is off as I am still recovering.

I had a great time, here's to more reflective holidays💕.

Hola amigos deseo su semana vaya genial

Ayer fue feriado en la ciudad y tenía una invitación en la mañana con mis chicas @antonellacol y @ariwang para una jornada de talleres centrado en el tema "hablemos de lo que nos duele". Fue un espacio enriquecedor, porque permitió reflexionar sobre el tema del acoso y el abuso que como mujeres hemos enfrentado.

Pasamos gran parte de la mañana compartiendo con otras mujeres y sus historias. Cada una igual de valiosa que otra, agradezco que estos espacios nos acerquen y hacernos sentir que no estamos solas ❤️

De hecho, nos sumamos al voluntariado para hacer eco de la hermosa labor de educación y concientización sobre este tema. Espero pronto traerles más detalles sobre esto que me tiene bastante emocionada.

Saliendo de allí nos fuimos a comer un postre, bueno yo me incliné más por los frutos secos, mi modo dulcero está apagado mientras me sigo recuperando.

Pasé un rato genial, por más días feriados reflexivos💕
