Hola amigos 👋🏼 amantes de la cocina y la deliciosa comida.

Hace unos días visité un restaurante en Barinas que me dejó con la boca abierta 🤣🤣 amo con locura las cachapas y mi cuñada me sugirió que visitamos un sitio en la ciudad en la hacen cachapas gigantes. Así que sacamos un espacio para ir todos juntos al restaurante de los Hermanos Colmenares, ubicado en la zona alta de Barinas.

Yo no tenía altas expectativas, me gusta dejarme sorprender. Ese día como de costumbre había muchísimo calor en la ciudad, así que mi deseo solo era encontrar un lugar fresco para conversar y comer delicioso.

Al llegar amé la decoración del lugar y el aroma al llano de carne azada🤣 que por poco me desvían de mi objetivo "la cachapa gigante". Le dí un vistazo al menú y encontré precios accesibles, por ejemplo una parrilla pequeña costaba 5$ y la cachapa gigante 6$ y las bebidas desde 1$.

Me cuenta mi cuñada que es un lugar bastante popular, así que fuimos un día se semana para encontrar lugar. Fuimos día miércoles y llegamos a eso de las 6:30pm, fue ideal porque no habían tantas personas.

Nos atendieron bastante rápido y al ver la cachapa quedé bastante sorprendida por el tamaño 🤣 era 2 veces mi cara y el relleno con queso llanero era otro nivel, solo diré que era más queso que cachapa.

Estuvo súper delicioso, con una de esas cachapas pueden comer hasta 2 personas. Yo comí un poco más de la mitad y estaba súper repleta.

Espero volver pronto, para deleitarme con parrilla llanera. Si pasan por Barinas deben visitar ese lugar ⭐

A few days ago I visited a restaurant in Barinas that left me with my mouth open 🤣🤣 I madly love cachapas and my sister in law suggested that we visit a place in the city where they make giant cachapas. So we found a space to go all together to the restaurant of the Colmenares Brothers, located in the upper area of Barinas.

I didn't have high expectations, I like to let myself be surprised. That day, as usual, it was very hot in the city, so my only wish was to find a cool place to talk and eat delicious food.

When I arrived I loved the decoration of the place and the aroma of the "llano de carne azada🤣" that almost diverted me from my goal "the giant cachapa". I took a look at the menu and found affordable prices, for example a small grill cost 5$ and the giant cachapa 6$ and drinks from 1$.

My sister-in-law tells me that it is quite a popular place, so we went on a weekday to find a place. We went on a Wednesday and arrived at about 6:30pm, which was ideal because there weren't so many people.

They served us pretty quickly and when I saw the cachapa I was quite surprised by the size 🤣 it was 2 times my face and the filling with llanero cheese was another level, I'll just say that it was more cheese than cachapa. It was super delicious, with one of those cachapas you can eat up to 2 people. I ate a little more than half of it and I was super full.

I hope to return soon, to delight myself with parrilla llanera. If you pass through Barinas you must visit this place ⭐.
