Thanks for appreciating this post. In this article I wanted to talk about system variables. When we think about work processes, or identifying an irrigation system, or whatever else comes to mind, we need to identify the system well in order to build something that can work. System variables are fundamental in the analysis and modeling of systems. Without correct identification, definition and management of these variables, the model risks being misleading or useless. That is, failing to identify the variables is equivalent to building a system that will not work correctly. And in the end this translates into a waste of money. And right now many public systems come to mind. !hiqvote
