Awesome.
So many people see the YouTube videos about building a microgreens business but end up not being able to consistently offload their harvest.
Where do you sell them and how did you build those relationships?
I literally walked in and asked the manager or owner. And yes I once was chased out by one of them lol.
Always look for family or local restaurants.

Nice! I am planning on doing microgreens in my greenhouse, but primarily for personal consumption. Eggs are my primary production commodity on my farm, or will be when everything gets back up and running in the spring... Hawks took out my tiny flock, lol. Lessons learned for next year... Don't cheapen out on the chicken tractor, lol.
I too had chickens and hawks, racoons and foxes took them out. So yeah build a a good chicken house lol 😅
