LEO is not migrating to Base. Only LSTR and SURGE. LEO can be held in lots of places. Hive, Binance, Polygon, but its native chain is now Arbitrum.
And "migration" should be used in the loosest of senses
A bridge is being built that will make LSTR & SURGE (HE) immediately fungible with LSTR & SURGE (Base)
We actually are using the same codebase as the LeoBridges. It works identically to how LEO (Arbitrum) and heLEO (Hive) work for example
