You can run, but please don't fly

I was having a little problem when photographing this little insect, because it moved fast, and my biggest fear was that it would fly away before I get a lot of photos of this little guy.

The funny thing is that I actually found it upside down, and not moving on the dining table when I want to clean it. At first, I thought was already dead, before I gave it a poke, and it moved its legs, showing that he is still alive.

I then helped him by turning him back, it stayed for a few seconds, maybe gaining some strength, and then it ran away and then fly. And maybe because it was still weak it didn't fly too far.

I then took my camera and tried to get as many photos as possible of this little insect.

I try to look up on the internet, and this little creature most likely is a leaf beetle or [Phyllocharis undulata]. A beetle species that feed on leaves.

It was moving around so far and only stopped for a few seconds. I have to track him up and down., side to side in the small table where it landed after the initial fly. it was really a very good exercise for my patience, otherwise, I might have stopped the photo session.

And then it was at this moment I realized that my shooting session will come to and end since this creature had already opened its wings to fly. And that was what exactly happened next, this guy flew away.
