Les doy la bienvenida a mi blog y feliz día para todos!

En esta oportunidad les quiero compartir un poco de mi dia visitando un nuevo lugar de venta de comida, tiene de todo un poco, zona de juegos para niños, zona gaming, un espacio en el exterior muy agradable y dentro de encuentra la panadería, venta de pizza, comida árabe y pollos tanto a la broaster como a la brasa. Hay espacios donde te puedes solo sentar a relajarte y escuchar una buena música de ambiente, por lo menos las veces que he ido he coincido en dónde tienen una programación en el televisor del exterior más relajante, me imagino que por la hora ya más cayendo la tarde, pero de noche este lugar se activa un poco más por así decirlo.

Una curiosidad de este lugar y es la razón por la que lo visito tan seguido es porque mi novio trabaja allí como encargado de cocinar el pollo a la brasa al carbón, por eso digo que es el lugar donde venden los mejores pollos a la brasa porque el los prepara 🤭, modestia aparte jajaja, son muy sabrosos y jugosos, por lo menos en el turno donde el trabaja así los certifico. Otra cosa que le sorprendió un día fue que también se encarga de hornear las pizzas, cuando el encargado de esa área no está, según él dice que no es difícil no tiene mucha ciencia, solo se debe tener cuidado y estar atento a la hora de girar constantemente la pizza en el horno para que no se queme o por lo menos que lo parezca.

Lo mejor de esto es que no queda tan lejos de mi casa, solo unos cuantos minutos en bus y ya llegas a este lugar, me gusta las visitarlo en las tardes porque ya el sol esta bajando y no está tan intenso jaja, y también puedo disfrutar de la puesta de sol que alhunas veces se aprecian hermosos colores. Les confieso que solo he tenido la oportunidad de probar el pollo porque es de lo que se encarga mi novio, las pizzas también se ven muy bien pero de momento solo les puedo presumir los ricos pollos que mi novio prepara en este lugar, y fue difícil no compartirles algunas de sus pedidos, lo bonito y provocativos que se ven esos pollos al carbon.

This time I want to share a little of my day visiting a new place selling food, it has a little bit of everything, playground for children, gaming area, a very nice outdoor space and inside is the bakery, selling pizza, Arabic food and both broaster and grilled chickens. There are spaces where you can just sit and relax and listen to good ambient music, at least the times I've gone I have agreed where they have a more relaxing programming on the TV outside, I imagine that by the time and more falling in the afternoon, but at night this place is a little more active so to speak.

A curiosity of this place and is the reason why I visit it so often is because my boyfriend works there as in charge of cooking the charcoal grilled chicken, so I say it is the place where they sell the best grilled chickens because he prepares them 🤭, modesty aside hahaha, they are very tasty and juicy, at least in the shift where he works so I certify them. Another thing that surprised him one day was that he is also in charge of baking the pizzas, when the person in charge of that area is not there, according to him he says it is not difficult it does not have much science, you just have to be careful and be attentive when constantly turning the pizza in the oven so that it does not burn or at least it looks like it.

The best thing about this is that it is not so far from my house, just a few minutes by bus and you get to this place, I like to visit it in the evenings because the sun is going down and it is not so intense haha, and I can also enjoy the sunset that sometimes you can see beautiful colors. I confess that I have only had the opportunity to try the chicken because that is what my boyfriend is in charge of, the pizzas also look very good but for now I can only show you the delicious chicken that my boyfriend prepares in this place, and it was hard not to share with you some of his orders, how beautiful and provocative those charcoal grilled chickens are.
