Les deseo un feliz día para todos los que me visitan en esta oportunidad.

Este viaje fue inesperado, pero me hizo mucho bien, sobre todo porque últimamente no me he sentido muy bien de ánimos y tampoco a nivel de bienestar, a veces sin querer o imaginar, estás salidas y estar cerca de la naturaleza nos ayudan contra esos males que muchas veces tenemos solo en nuestra cabeza, quizás poe mucho estrés y tantos problemas que parecen ponerse de acuerdo para juntarse todos a la vez. Por eso en mi título decido decretar que viviré un día a la vez, asi tal cual, que a veces sea más fácil decirlo que hacerlo, pero hay que intentarlo por nuestro bien,y después de ese día la verdad me sentí muy bien, algunos de los malestares se me curaron, como por arte de magia, y eso fue un muestra y prueba de lo que mi cuerpo pide, quiere y necesita ❤️‍🩹.

I wish a happy day to all of you who visit me this time.

This trip was unexpected, but it did me a lot of good, especially because lately I have not been feeling very well in my spirits and well being, sometimes without wanting or imagining, these outings and being close to nature help us against those evils that we often have only in our head, perhaps because of a lot of stress and so many problems that seem to agree to get together all at once. That is why in my title I decide to decree that I will live one day at a time, just like that, sometimes it is easier said than done, but we must try it for our own good, and after that day I felt really good, some of the ailments were cured, as if by magic, and that was a sample and proof of what my body asks, wants and needs ❤️‍🩹.
