Les doy la bienvenida a mi blog y feliz día para todos!

En ésta oportunidad les quiero compartir un día junto a mi novio, ya hacía mucho que no planificamos algo así, pero aprovechando que saldría temprano del trabajo y además era fin de semana, pensamos que sería bien darnos ese gusto, y que mejor desde casa en dónde manejamos todo lo que tiene que ver con manipulación de alimentos y la higiene a la hora de preparar comida, algo que en los puestos de la calle no es muy confiable. Además se nos hacía más económico comprar los ingredientes para así comernos la cantidad que deseamos, y como mi novio le encanta preparar este tipo de comida, él y yo estábamos muy entusiasmados por ponernos manos a la obra.

Ya para nosotros es un poco costumbre preparar hamburguesas a nuestro gusto... agregando ingredientes que incluso no lo encontramos en un puesto callejero, como los pepinillos y la cebolla caramelizada, además a eso quisimos complementar con papas fritas con su toque de sal y orégano bien triturado.

Ambos hicimos un buen equipo para hacer el trabajo más rápido ya que era un poco tarde y no queríamos tampoco comer a altas horas, sobre todo si queríamos comer y disfrutar nuestras hamburguesas mirando una de las series del momento ya más recomendadas, Adolescencia, espero pronto compartirles mi opinión, pero lo que si es que para mí fue un plan muy bonito y que ambos necesitabamos luego de tener una semana larga de trabajo.

This time I want to share a day with my boyfriend, it had been a long time since we had planned something like this, but taking advantage of the fact that he would be leaving work early and it was also a weekend, we thought it would be nice to give ourselves that treat, and what better from home where we handle everything that has to do with food handling and hygiene when preparing food, something that is not very reliable in the street stalls. Besides, it was more economical to buy the ingredients so we could eat the amount we wanted, and since my boyfriend loves to prepare this kind of food, he and I were very excited to get down to work.

It's already a bit of a habit for us to prepare burgers to our liking... adding ingredients that we don't even find in a street stall, such as pickles and caramelized onion, plus we wanted to complement it with french fries with a touch of salt and crushed oregano.

We both made a good team to get the job done faster since it was a little late and we didn't want to eat at late hours, especially if we wanted to eat and enjoy our burgers watching one of the most recommended series of the moment, Adolescence, I hope to share my opinion soon, but what is for me is that it was a very nice plan and that we both needed after having a long week of work.
