Algo que disfrute aunque sea unos minutos fue mi visita a la playa, la verdad lo disfruté muchísimo, quizás por el tiempo que tenía sin haberlo. Me di mi tiempo para caminar aparte de todos y conectar conbel lugar, sentir la arena en mis pies descalzos, la brisa saldada del mar, y los rayos del sol que sentía en mi piel, una experiencia que viví poco pero que disfruté mucho y mi cuerpo sin duda me lo agradeció..., con este pensamiento les deseo feliz inicio de mes!!.

I wish a happy day to all of you who visit me this time.

Something I enjoyed at least for a few minutes was my visit to the beach, I really enjoyed it a lot, maybe because of the time I had not been there. I took my time to walk apart from everyone and connect with the place, feel the sand on my bare feet, the sea breeze, and the sun rays that I felt on my skin, an experience that I lived a little but that I enjoyed a lot and my body certainly thanked me..., with this thought I wish you a happy start of the month!
