Too late

One of my friends in the United Kingdom shared a colleague's story with me. He said his colleague is over 50 years old and because he wasn’t pleased with the situation this man went back to school to get more certificate. A few months later after he graduated from the school he asked how much he was earning and he was surprised by the numbers because now he is earning big and even more than he was. My friend is considering going back to school because he is not even 40 years old.

When you make decisions to go back to school at an older age people will look at you differently as if you don’t know what you are doing. Some people might even abuse you saying that’s not what your mate doing and you're already too old to go back to school, but I’m here to tell you that it is a lie. Every defeat is psychological, it doesn’t matter if you are starting at the age of 40,50, or 60 What matters is the determination to change your situation.

Never too late

Change is the most common thing in life and if you understand how change works you know that there is no time you can’t change, no matter how terrible your situation is you can change it. I know a man who started saving for retirement at 50 because all his life he did not have any savings account but when he got to 50 years he realized that he needed something to fall back on when he can’t work again. He started saving at the age of 50 which is one of the best decisions he made

Age is just a number, don’t let people discourage you with your age telling you that you are too old or already too late for you to change something. It’s never too late for you to start changing what you feel is not right. We have people who will try to advise you against your effort. Just imagine a 50-year-old man going back to school because he knew that change is never too late.

What if

What if is a question people always ask themselves. What if it doesn’t work? You feel bad and you will still be happy with yourself that you tried, but the regret of not trying is always greater because another question you’ll be asking yourself is What if you’ve tried your best that the outcome might be different. Instead of sitting back thinking about the outcome, it is better for you to try.
