Trees in black & white

Hello guys. Black and white photography has always amazed me and I find it very fascinating and mesmerizing at the same time how black and white colours in their addition add depth and attraction to simple photos. This is my entry to the #monomad challenge

I went to a nearby park in my town and tried to take some photos. I did not know that these photos will look that good when I would add black and white and edit them. These photos look really good. I have left one of the photos in colour without editing so that you can see that adding black and white colour makes the real difference.

I read somewhere that when you are taking photos of trees you are doing tree photography it is important to consider lighting. The golden hour is very important and it helps naturally in exposure and contrast which is the key for good photos.

They say that lighting is the soul of photography. There is no good source of lighting. You cannot take good photos. You can surely edit them afterwards but the magic of lighting is very important in bringing out real and true tones.

So this is it. This is a simple attempt of me trying to capture some photos in adding black and white filter to these photos. I hope that I will be received well. I am hoping to continue it based on your response. Thank you so much for making it to the last.
