Things we should do in daily life.

Hello everyone, I hope that you are living a thoughtful life and making choices which are very impactful on your routine and daily life. My thoughts about today are very much on the routine and daily life, the way we live our daily life.

Then I was in my college doing my degree in MBBS. There were so many classes related to how we should live our lives and about lifestyles. These are the basic things which make us healthy and productive.

There are primarily three things which I want bring to the focus, one of them is exercise. When you introduce exercise in your daily routine you become healthy, active, productive and more engaging. You might not see the difference when you are doing exercise in one day but you will notice the difference in long term. You can exercise through yoga, jogging or weight lifting. It depends upon your routine, how you lead your day. Other than that you can do stretching or mobility exercises as well.

Another very important aspect which you should introduce in your daily life is staying hydrated. Water is a blessing, I cannot emphasize more on that. It is such a blessing. If you are hydrated, if you drink two to four liters at least of water in a day your internal organs will remain healthy and your skin will glow. You will glow like a model and you will not even need cosmetics.

Doing these things will give you mental clarity. A lot of clarity. There are often times when we are indecisive and take wrong decisions and impact our lives but doing these little things in our daily lives we can be more productive and clear. Mental clarity is unnoticed but it is very important and pivotal.

Another very little step that takes such little time is book reading. I would suggest you to take a book, read any book. You can take a book of your own choice or a or a random book, a novel, a history book. It depends upon you and read at least ten pages in a day. Be it before going to sleep or whenever you feel like reading it but do read a book. At least a few pages.

You will notice that your attention span is growing and you are more sophisticated and you sound learned. And you should spend some quality time with yourself, a cup of coffee or tea in the evening listening to some good music. This would also help you in being a better individual.

These things when you introduce in your life may seem little in short term but when you keep on doing these things in long term you will see the difference. You will see that you have grown to immense changes in yourself as an individual and you will continue to inspire others.
