Grandfather paradox

As Waleed traveled back in time, he pondered killing his grandfather, but hesitated. What if he succeeded? Would he cease to exist? The grandfather paradox haunted him. If he didn't exist, who killed his grandfather? There were so many questions running in his mind and he could not do anything but wonder. This was making him delusional and people started questioning his sanity.
