His neighbour came to visit him. They sat together for a while and had coffee. The neighbour asked him would you like to swap your house with mine? He was amused at the courage of his neighbour and gracefully declined the offer. The neighbour also offered money upfront but he has so many sentiments and memories in this house. This swap was never an option for him. Both thought that they had a healthy conversation.
