When the king established a new empire, the neighboring empires wanted to attack him. This new empire was still weak and vulnerable to the threats, and the king was unaware that the neighborhood kingdoms were trying to attack his kingdom.

When the minister told him that his empire was under threat, he immediately assembled his army and tried to unite his new empire.
