Hadi was a newly appointed teacher. He was skilled in chemistry. The staff had a lot of expectations from him. He was known for maintaining discipline along with a very brilliant strategy to educate children. The school was known for it's poor performance especially in chemistry subject. This is why the principal especially appointed him. After a few months, there was a clear result of positive growth. Students were learning and maintaining discipline too. Hadi had come up to everyone's expectations.
