If I got that vote, you would be funded time ago, however I'm a humble voter.
The funding system shouldn't work by using a vote total value threshold but also the number of total votes, this is, what the community wants, not the capital!

That makes no sense, it has to be by stake. Going by number just leads to a million plus accounts being made with no value on each. It would be a mess and doesn’t work.
It's not that easy... you can (eg) put an HP threshold to avoid the exploit, a min age account and other security measures to counter the undesired situations...
