I'm not sure. It was mentioned briefly on the Mayachain/Dash Space on X. Seems like they can't figure out the issue yet.

Arbitrum on Maya is like a ghost - you can only see it working sometimes...
They (Maya) should do something with Arbitrum because working time of this chain in Maya is effectively shrinking to zero... Other chains work fine.
