Be it iron work or any other kind of work, technique is very important here. Without it, such work is never done because it is quite heavy work and only by cutting it in a proper way can certain daily use items be made.

Encoders can be of three types: incremental, absolute, and linear. I prefer absolute ones because they can report the position of a machine even after a sudden shutdown or power outage.
