¡Hola mis bellos! Hasta que por fin me decidí escribir en esta comunidad.
No puedo dejar de pasar este día sin antes hablarles un poco de mi área de trabajo.
Cómo muchos ya saben, hoy se celebra en más de 80 países el dia internacional del trabajador y les quisiera compartir un poco sobre mi experiencia laboral.

¡Y como todo tiene un principio, comenzaré por allí!
Todo comenzó con la entrada de una amiga muy querida, su nombre es Mariannys, ella vivía en mi casa y un día se quedó sin trabajo, en busca de uno se topó con un conocido y le recomendó que en una tienda del centro comercial galerías plaza de la ciudad de Maracay Edo Aragua Venezuela, estaban buscando trabajadoras con experiencia, y no solo eso, necesitaban a alguien de confianza porque sería la encargada de la tienda, de abrir, cerrar y estar al tanto de la caja registradora. La persona que la recomendó no era cualquier persona, era nada más y nada menos que la madre de la dueña de la tienda.
Así comenzó su jornada en ese lugar, yo cada vez que iba al centro a comprar o solo a ver 👀 siempre pasaba por la tienda a visitar a Mary (así le decimos de cariño) cada vez que iba me quedaba por mucho tiempo en la tienda compartiendo con ella y sus jefes, habían veces que hasta me ponía a atender a los clientes.

It all started with the entrance of a very dear friend, her name is Mariannys, she lived in my house and one day she was out of work, looking for a job she ran into an acquaintance and he recommended her that in a store in the shopping center galerias plaza in the city of Maracay Edo Aragua Venezuela, they were looking for experienced workers, and not only that, they needed someone reliable because she would be in charge of the store, to open, close and be aware of the cash register. The person who recommended her was not just anyone, she was none other than the mother of the owner of the store.
So began her journey in that place, every time I went downtown to shop or just to see 👀 I always went by the store to visit Mary (as we call her affectionately) every time I went I stayed for a long time in the store sharing with her and her bosses, there were times that I even got to attend to customers.

En el año 2019, la niña de mi esposo se enferma muy grave, le dió leucemia (esa historia luego se las cuento) fue un año muy difícil, mi esposo prácticamente dejó de trabajar para así poder cuidar de la niña, quedarse con ella en el hospital y hacer las diligencias pertinentes ya que el posee una moto y era mas fácil llegar a los lugares para conseguir alguna medicina, no voy a entrar en detalles sobre esta historia.
Lo cierto es que como mi esposo no estaba trabajando y se dedicó por completo a cuidar a la niña, era muy necesario ya que la mamá de la niña en ese tiempo estaba embarazada y no se podia quedar muchos días seguidos en el hospital, yo tomé la iniciativa de buscar algún trabajo para poder obtener el sustento al hogar. Cómo ya tenía confianza con la dueña de la tienda y habían algunos inconvenientes con sus empleados, Katherine, la dueña de la tienda viendo mi necesidad habló conmigo y me ofreció empleo. No lo pensé dos veces, al día siguiente hablé con mi esposo y quedamos en acuerdos.
Comencé a laborar en ese lugar desde noviembre de ese año. Para esa época solo trabajé por los meses de noviembre y diciembre, como era la época decembrina necesitaba mucho el dinero, ya saben para los gastos requeridos del momento.
Me fue muy bien, el trabajo llegó justo cuando lo necesitaba y no solo eso, si no que no trabajé con cualquier persona explotadora, me gané la confianza de ser encargada de una tienda y estar al pendiente de la caja registradora.

In the year 2019, my husband's daughter got very sick, she got leukemia (I will tell you the story later) it was a very difficult year, my husband practically stopped working so he could take care of the girl, stay with her in the hospital and run the necessary errands since he owns a motorcycle and it was easier to get to the places to get some medicine, I will not go into details about this story.
The truth is that since my husband was not working and was completely dedicated to take care of the girl, it was very necessary since the girl's mother at that time was pregnant and could not stay many days in a row in the hospital, I took the initiative to look for a job to be able to support the household. Since I already trusted the owner of the store and there were some problems with her employees, Katherine, the owner of the store, seeing my need, talked to me and offered me a job. I didn't think twice, the next day I talked to my husband and we made an agreement.
I started working there in November of that year. At that time I only worked for the months of November and December, as it was the Christmas season I needed a lot of money, you know for the expenses required at that time.
I did very well, the job came just when I needed it and not only that, but I didn't work with just any exploitative person, I earned the trust of being in charge of a store and being in charge of the cash register.

Entramos al año 2020, plena pandemia.
Ese año fue aún más fuerte la situación de la enfermedad de la niña. Una amiga decidió abrir un local de ventas de empanadas, estaba buscando a personas de confianza que se encargaran por completo del negocio, como muchos ya saben, en esa temporada los comercios no estaban laborando, hablé con Mariannys y una de mis hermanas, allí comenzamos a trabajar por un tiempo.
Recuerdo que él centro comercial galerías decidió abrir sus puertas y así darles la oportunidad a los locatarios y Mariannys comenzó a trabajar de nuevo, solo que la tienda ya no era una simple tienda, Katherine junto a su esposo decidieron fabricar sus propios pantalones ¡si! En plena pandemia, que para muchos fue un año de escasez para algunos fue un año de avances, de puertas abiertas.
Una de las cosas que más me impresiona y a la vez me da mucha risas es la perseverancia de Katherine y su esposo, y es que se enteraron dónde estaba trabajando e iban todos los días a comer empanadas y mientras los atendía hablaban conmigo y me decían que fuera a trabajar con ellos, así iban día tras día hasta que lograron convencerme a mi y a mí hermana.
En septiembre de ese mismo año comenzamos de nuevo la rutina en el Galerías plaza, estaba igual a cargo de una de las tiendas, con unas compañeras muy amigables, éramos al rededor de 11, los nombres que recuerdo son; Norelys la amargada, Bridney la rulo, Sinay la odiosa, Nelsy la chula, Daibelys y Danielys mis hermanas(una loca y la otra amargada), Mimi la mami, Mariannys la normal jajaja. muy unidas, compartíamos mucho, tanto que en ese entonces hicimos dos intercambios de regalos.
En el 2021 me toman por sorpresa y me llaman a trabajar con ellos a la fabrica de los pantalones, al principio no me adaptaba trabajar con hombres, estaba acostumbra a compartir con las chicas, mi ámbito laboral cambió por completo, de estar en un centro comercial con aire acondicionado, la computadora, atender a los clientes ¡todo tan bonito! A pasar a la fabrica, con máquinas de coser y lavadoras industriales, telas por aquí y por allá, productos químicos, una caldera enorme y el calor insoportable.
El personal muy agradable, excepto una chica, Greymar, tenía siempre una cara arrugada como si todo le molestaba 🤨, poco a poco fuimos haciendo confianza hasta que un dia le dije que ella era odiosa y ella me responde que yo era peor de odiosa 👀😅.
Luego entra un chico nuevo, Carlitos, que chamo tan insoportable, dice tantas tonterías que a cualquiera hace reír, habla solo locuras que solo él entiende jajajajaja. ¡Puro disparates! Cosas fuera de sentido.
Laura ¡cómo no hablar de mi Lau!
Esa chama es otro nivel, con una personalidad única, ella es ese tipo de persona que solo te la encuentras una vez en la vida. Bien loca, pero con personalidad original, muy sufrida y maltratada pero con una empatía inmensa, siempre con una sonrisa en su boca y cuando se juntaba con Carlitos nos hacian el día extraordinario, no parábamos de reír, solo que por motivos personales se tuvo que ir del pais.
Ese ambiente si que me gustaba, llegar cada dia y encontrarme con mis compañeros siempre se sintió bien, no me quejo de mis compañeros de trabajo.
Recuerdo que los jefes llegaban y ahí si nos poníamos a trabajar de verdad, aúnque las risas eran difícil de contener por los chistes de ese par de locos. En realidad daba igual si los jefes estaban o no, siempre hacíamos el trabajo y hasta ellos disfrutaban de nuestra compañía y nosotros de las de ellos, eramos un exelente equipo.

A friend decided to open a local sales of empanadas, I was looking for reliable people to take full charge of the business, as many already know, in that season the stores were not working, I spoke with Mariannys and one of my sisters, there we began to work for a while.
I remember that the Galerias mall decided to open its doors and thus give the opportunity to the tenants and Mariannys began to work again, only that the store was no longer a simple store, Katherine and her husband decided to make their own pants, yes! In the middle of the pandemic, which for many was a year of scarcity, for some it was a year of progress, of open doors.
One of the things that impresses me the most and at the same time gives me many laughs is the perseverance of Katherine and her husband, they found out where I was working and went every day to eat empanadas and while I was attending them they talked to me and told me to go to work with them, so they went day after day until they managed to convince me and my sister.
In September that same year we started the routine again in the Galerias Plaza, I was in charge of one of the stores, with some very friendly colleagues, we were around 11, the names I remember are; Norelys the bitter, Bridney the curly, Sinay the hateful, Nelsy the cool, Daibelys and Danielys my sisters (one crazy and the other bitter, Mimi the mommy, Mariannys the normal hahaha. very close, we shared a lot, so much so that at that time we made two exchanges of gifts.
In 2021 they take me by surprise and call me to work with them in the pants factory, at first I did not adapt to work with men, I was used to share with girls, my work environment changed completely, from being in a shopping mall with air conditioning, computer, serving customers, everything so nice! To move to the factory, with sewing machines and industrial washing machines, fabrics here and there, chemicals, a huge boiler and unbearable heat.
The staff very nice, except a girl, Greymar, she always had a wrinkled face as if everything bothered her 🤨, little by little we were making trust until one day I told her that she was hateful and she answers me that I was worse than hateful 👀😅.
Then a new guy comes in, Carlitos, what an unbearable guy, he says so much nonsense that he makes anyone laugh, he speaks only crazy things that only he understands hahahahahaha. Pure nonsense! Things that make no sense.
Laura, how can I not talk about my Lau!
That girl is another level, with a unique personality, she is that kind of person that you only meet once in a lifetime. Very crazy, but with an original personality, very suffering and mistreated but with an immense empathy, always with a smile on her mouth and when she was with Carlitos she made our day extraordinary, we couldn't stop laughing, but for personal reasons she had to leave the country.
I really liked that atmosphere, arriving every day and meeting my colleagues always felt good, I do not complain about my coworkers.
I remember that the bosses would arrive and then you really put us to work, even though the laughter was hard to contain because of the jokes of that crazy couple. It didn't really matter if the bosses were there or not, we always got the job done and even they enjoyed our company and we enjoyed theirs, we were an excellent team.

❤️✨❤️✨❤️✨❤️✨❤️✨❤️✨❤️✨❤️✨ En diciembre los jefes se esforzaron y nos hicieron un compartir muy bonito, estábamos todos reunidos, la tienda, la fabrica y el taller. Tuvimos una tarde muy movida y agradable en el club suboficiales de la barraca, Maracay, había bebidas para los alcohólico y refresco para los no borrachos, comimos parrilla, hicimos un intercambio y los jefes nos hicieron una rifa de la cuál me gané una hermosa licuadora. Ese día se repartió cafeteras, arroceras, licuadoras, batidoras entre otras cosas. Los chicos bailaron y disfrutaron de un ambiente muy diferente, era la primera vez que nos reunimos todo el personal a la vez. Ese día nos hicieron entrega del uniforme oficial de la empresa Kelaya Jeans, una camisa negra muy bonita.

In December the chiefs made an effort and gave us a very nice sharing, we were all together, the store, the factory and the workshop.
We had a very lively and pleasant afternoon at the NCO club in La Barraca, Maracay, there were drinks for the alcoholic and soft drinks for the non-drunk, we ate barbecue, we made an exchange and the bosses made us a raffle of which I won a beautiful blender.
That day we gave out coffee makers, rice cookers, blenders, mixers among other things.
The kids danced and enjoyed a very different atmosphere, it was the first time that all the staff got together at the same time.
That day we were given the official uniform of the company Kelaya Jeans, a very nice black shirt.

Aquí estoy en la compañía de la gerente Violeta, una gordita muy simpática, exelente persona, muy comprensiva, amable, cariñosa y llorona.
