Hello Rising Star Gamers

Welcome back again to my Starbits Every Night, a routine post I make on a night time when I play Rising Star Game.

We were having good time with Aqua, a dance pop group from early 2000. So right now I am planning to this December 2023 giveaway to be full of dance pop artist and songs. Last week we had Aqua, so this week I choose Sonique, the same Dance Pop Artist from early 2000.

We have been doing this format since August 2023 and I would like to thank to all Giveaway Participant who kept following on our theme. Below is a table describing how we have run this Giveaway

THE OLD SONG

I PUT A SPELL ON YOU is an old song written by Jay Hawkins and he was one of the first singer too (look here, I am spilling out today giveaway answer). This song is very famous and originally it's a ballad song. I like the ballad one but Sonique sings this song darely in dance-electronic pop genre and it's still great too.

A few days ago I was considering which Aqua live stage that I would use in my giveaway song, and somehow I bumped with Sonique... It looked like both of them were performing at the same time in Tel Aviv early this year. So I think this is a good coincidence to put Sonique next after we have Aqua as our theme.

Anyway Genius website is great, I think they are the only one who is right with the lyric. Most other website, even like LyricFind and MusixMatch use the wrong lyric... they use lyric from original ballad song, and Sonique version is a bit difference.

And Finally I am glad Sonique is still singing until today. She was one of one hit wonder from the past, She had two unique songs that I liked a lot at that time. So this theme would not be a long one, maybe only 3 days, and let see how much I could tell about her in the next two upcoming posts.

I am not opening anymore packs during the days I am having Giveaways, this is a pattern I do regularly in order to have my growth maxed. I do not want to be like some players who keep doing Giveaway but their size aren't growing well, maybe stagnant is more appropriate vocab to describe them. Let say I just want to give a good example to others
