You can use any wallet that can transact on Ethereum networks. You send you heLeo to your Ethereum address (using wleo.io bridge) and then connect your wallet to Leodex where you can stake or unstake Leo on the Dashboard page by scrolling down to the Stake details. I used trust wallet.

So these are the steps?

  1. use wleo.io to take LEO to trustwallet based ethereum address.
  2. connect that trustwallet to leodex
